All The Forms You’ll Need for our shows, in one Place

Forms only need to be filled out after entries have closed.

If entries have not closed; Simply reply to your confirmation email with the changes that need to be made to your entry. All changes need to be received in writing (Emails count as writing).

If entries have closed; Download the proper form and either email it to Vagabonddogshows@gmail.com, Mail it to us, or Bring it to the show with you. All changes must be received by the show secretary 30 minutes before the start of regular judging.

Note: Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring all entry changes and corrections are made at the show, you must check with the show secretary at least 30 minutes before the start of regular judging to ensure your corrections were received.
